Remove the filter from the top of your loader and exhaust the air from your Venturi Loader back outside of your cleanroom to eliminate the possibility of adding to the particle count of your cleanroom.

 

This solution is also great for grinding/dusty applications where you are stuck climbing onto your machine and cleaning your Venturi Loader filter too often. The video below shows the exhaust of an extremely dusty material being fed to our standard Mini Cyclone Filter, where the dust can gather in a barrel rather than in a filter.
